Woo, Let Me Pick a "T-Bone" With You: Denver Broncos

T-Bone,

It is hard to complain about a win but the question is was Cincy a good enough opponent to gauge where the Broncos are? Firstly, the Broncos did not turn over the ball and Orton played surprisingly efficient. 20 carries for 75 yards was horrible but 3 sacks and 2 Int's is always a good thing. Cinncinati was 21st against the run last year so Denver should have ran the ball more effectively. Also, you would hope to run the ball more since it was a close game and Buckhalter averaged 5.8 yards per carry. I don't know. All those statistics go out of the window with the win though. They play Cleveland at home in Week 2 and are at Oakland in Week 3 so Denver can be looking at 3-0. The Patriots have always won the games they were suppose to win. Was I too hard on Josh McDaniels? Your thoughts?

Everything you said sounds pretty right on. I would not get to excited about the Broncos just yet. Cincy had not been good for awhile. As far as 3 and 0 goes, I dont see that happening.

They could beat Cleveland, but Oakland always seems to play them tough, and, they did not look too bad against San Diego. At least the defense looked pretty tough. Should be an interesting year.

Talk to you later,
Tyler
